100% ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS
It is CRITICAL that the viewing process is carried out correctly as this is when the property sale succeeds or fails. At Time 2 Sell we offer 100% accompanied viewings where the viewings are always conducted by your Estate Agency professional. Your Time 2 Sell Estate Agent is a trained negotiator and experienced property professional. They will be able to answer any questions on the home report and negotiate with the potential buyer there and then at the viewing appointment.
With most other Estate Agencies the viewings are conducted by a viewing agent (who is unable to answer questions on the property home report and unqualified to effectively negotiate) or worse still you as the seller being asked to do your own viewings.

At Time 2 Sell we offer out of hours contact numbers where you or your potential buyers can speak directly with the Estate Agent selling your property.
This is vitally important, as around 80% of buyers work between 9am – 5pm, Monday through to Friday. If your agent only works standard office hours they will only be able to accommodate 20% of buyers. This will make it very hard to sell the home at all, never-mind at a premium price.
Your for sale board will be printed with your personal agents direct mobile number, avoiding the loss of potential buyers and meaning your property viewings are booked quicker than your competing property sellers giving you a much better chance of a quicker sale.
